Gorliz Beach

Semi-urban beach with a high degree of occupancy. It offers a good level of services: showers, toilets, and provides the possibility of practising various water sports.
Awarded in 2014 with the "Q" for Tourist Quality. There is an unconditioned coastal path that starts from the right side of the beach, in Astondo, reaching the lighthouse, Cape Villano, and Armintza (Lemoiz). The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment has carried out an environmental recovery work that has resulted in the extension of the beach by over 60,000 m2. It has adapted infrastructures (amphibious chair, etc.) In summer, there is a bathing service for the disabled.
