It was built in Late Gothic style, but it suffered several enlargements throughout the Centuries. It is a rectangular building, with a central nave and two side large fortified towers. It has three floors with rectangular windows in the ground floor.
In 1519, Joan Corbera starts the construction of the large fortified tower that drives to the Plaza de la Virgen in Renaissance style. The palace is finished off by a balustrade crowned by balls.
In 1952, a twin large fortified tower was added. Inside, we can find a Valencian Gothic staircase, the Late Gothic doors with Late Gothic arches and the Sala Nova in the large fortified tower, which is decorated with allegorical and mythological statues and important frescoes by Joan Sarinyena and Vicent Requena. Nowadays, it is the head office of Regional Government of Valencia.
