Valencia's Central Market

The central market has an area of more than 8,000 square meters and is built with metal, glass, wood and ceramics.

It consists of a ground floor and basement. It is covered by original domes and different height roofs. As a result of the sunlight that enters though the coloured stained- glass windows, the place is full of light and colours.

We should highlight its structure that is finished off by a beautiful dome that symbolized the hubbub of people who is shopping there. It was restored and was recovered as leisure centre. Inside, there are now many restaurants, cafes and shops.
