Strand von einem Kilometer Länge, abgelegen und mit geringer Besucherzahl. Ein und derselbe Sandstrand, der sich je nach Gezeitenstand verändert, bildet die linke Seite des Monteforte-Strandes mit Zugang und Parkplatz. In der zentralen Zone befinden sich zwei kleine Buchten, die bei Flut nicht zugänglich sind, und auf der rechten Seite Leira oder Arnela mit Zugang.
