El Rompidillo / El Chorrillo

Stadtstrand zwischen dem Puerto de Rota und dem Militärhafen, wo ein starker Wind weht, was ihn besonders interessant für Windsurf- und Segelfans macht.

Galeones

Städtischer Strand zwischen Pico Barro (Ende des Strandes von El Rompidillo) und dem Deich der Abtrennung des Marinestützpunkts (Strand des Admirals).

La Ballena / Las Tres Piedras

Großer Sandstrand, der über zahlreiche Dienstleistungen und Einrichtungen verfügt, sowie über die Möglichkeit, Liegen, Sonnenschirme oder sogar Wasserfahrzeuge zu mieten. Der nördliche Teil dieses Strandes wird oft als 'Las Tres Piedras' bezeichnet.

La Costilla

Der Strand La Costilla ist wahrscheinlich der meistbesuchte Strand in Rota, da er sich direkt im Stadtkern befindet und alle Arten von Dienstleistungen bietet.

Punta Candor

Breiter Strand mit goldenem Sand, wild und sehr gepflegt, mit einer Länge von anderthalb Kilometern, der in seiner gesamten Ausdehnung von natürlicher Vegetation umgeben ist.

Puntalillo

Zwischen Playa Piedras Gordas/ Los Corrales und La Costilla gelegen. Verfügt über sehr gute Ausstattungen.
