Barquiña Beach

This beach is in poor environmental condition, both the water and the surrounding area.
Heavily degraded by untreated urban sewage discharge. Coastal area with shallow water ideal for bivalve farming. High concentration of muddy sandy sediments. Large number of illegal dumping of debris across this coastal area. There is a port nearby which is the puerto da barquiña – Noia.
