Beaches in Altea

Altea ends at the tip of the Mascarat and the Sierra de Bernia, where gravel coves appear like this one of the Barra Grande, the last beach of Altea, La Solsida beach and the Mascarat beaches.
Cap Blanc Beach, south of the town of Altea, is the largest in its district, merging with Albir Beach in the neighbouring district, allowing one to enjoy large bathing areas of golden sand alternating with pebbles and gravel.
Located at the north of the Altea area, this gravel beach appears, occasionally battered by storms, ending in a small black stone cove called Cala del Soyo.
