Beaches in Cuevas del Almanzora

Small pebble cove with difficult access, notable for its clear waters and the tranquillity of the surroundings.
Although there is no area specifically reserved for diving, Cala Cristal is highly recommended for diving and fishing due to the large number of rocks it contains.
La Cala de la Dolores lacks tourist interest and looks unwelcoming due to the state of its natural surroundings.

Find a beach

Quite rocky cove with interest for those who want to observe the seabed. There is a viewpoint - partial promenade - next to the old Civil Guard Barracks.
Cala Panizo is located next to a residential complex known as El Portichuelo, although it lacks beach infrastructure and services.
Black sand beach surrounded by a residential area, but lacking services and facilities.
The Old Pier hosts mining ruins that constitute the only building located on the beach. Recommended for fishing and diving.
This beach is located at the very mouth of the Almanzora River, on its left bank, and is characterised by its tranquillity and good natural surroundings. The vegetation near the beach is mainly represented by halophilic vegetation (reeds)
Cove located among rocks with difficult access, very interesting due to the shapes that the rocks adopt, as well as the clarity of its waters.
This urban beach takes its name from the urban center of Pozo del Esparto that stretches along the entire strip of sand and gravel.
Sandy and gravel beach located in an isolated area of buildings, with not a large influx of people.
Villaricos Beach has its southern end at the mouth of the Almanzora River, and groups small coves, as they all belong to the same urban centre. It includes the beaches of Cala de la Esperanza, Cala Verde and Villaricos (Cala de la Luz Eléctrica)
