Requexinos Beach

Dark sandy beach with strong waves, adjacent to Playón de Bayas and surrounded by vegetation-covered hills. It has limited facilities.
Daily lifeguard team during the summer season. The parking is at El Sablón beach. It is part of the Natural Monument of Isla La Deva and Playón de Bayas, as it is an extension of it.

Beaches in Castrillón

Arnao

Nestled in a hollow and sheltered, it is a sandy and pebble beach with good facilities and very popular with tourists.

Bahínas

Beautiful semi-urban beach with dark sand, pebbles, and moderate waves. Close to the town of Santa María del Mar. It offers an acceptable level of services and a medium degree of occupancy.

El Cordial

Isolated beach with low public attendance, golden sand, and strong waves, accessible on foot from Muinelles Beach at low tide, as well as from the coastal path on its west side. Risk of being isolated at high tide. No infrastructure available.
