Cala Murtra Beach

Cove composed of stones and sand located in an area isolated from any urban centre and accessible on foot. Crystal-clear water.
Located within the boundaries of the protected area of Cabo de Creus. The sand type is golden and coarse-textured. Access is difficult by land. The width ranges from 8 metres (winter) to 16 metres (summer) approximately. In 2009 it was awarded the EMAS and ISO 14001 certificates.
