Santiago Beach

Sandy beach located to the east of the mouth of the Urola estuary. It belongs to the municipalities of Getaria and Zumaia.
It is a family beach. Eu51 bus from San Sebastián to Zumaia. There is a large dune on the beach that occupies a large part of its surface. As a cultural attraction, there is the Zuloaga Museum, located next to the beach.

    Location

    Beaches in Zumaia

    Sandy beach located between the points of Marianton and Algorri. From a geological point of view, it offers a unique setting for the study of the geometry of its strata and sedimentary structures (flysch). Its cliffs are spectacular.
    Stone beach formed at low tide following Itzurun beach, on the eastern slope of Mount San Telmo. Its cliffs and tidal platforms are striking.
    Small rocky beach with pebbles located on the hillside to the East of Itzurun beach, in the urban core of Zumaia.
