González Martí National Ceramics Museum

It is located in the Palacio del Marqués de Dos Aguas, a beautiful building with an impressive main façade, built with alabaster in Churrigueresque style. This façade, in over elaborated Baroque style, is an allegory to the rivers Turia and Júcar and it is finished off by a vaulted niche with the Virgen del Rosario.

 

Inside, on the first floor, originally decorated halls located have survived and the second floor houses the González Martí National Ceramic Museum, with exceptional samples from different times and sources, from the Prehistory to Picasso.

 

Moreover, the Museum has clothing, paintings, sculptures and furniture.
