Province of Cuenca

Between the rivers Huécar and Júcar lies Cuenca, one of the most charming medieval cities in Spain. Its old town, with beautiful streets and squares, and especially the famous Hanging Houses, has earned it the status of a World Heritage city. In Cuenca, you can visit several places of cultural interest such as the Spanish Abstract Art Museum or the Cuenca Museum. During Easter, the city celebrates the Religious Music Week, a Festival of International Tourist Interest.
